Welcome to ChunkBot
ChunkBot is a unique Discord bot developed by Miner Mends, a popular Minecraft YouTuber with over 12k subscribers. With ChunkBot, you can easily locate your chunk position in Minecraft using coordinates. The bot is completely safe to use and doesn't require any sketchy permissions for your personal Discord server. ChunkBot respects your privacy and operates within the limitations set by Discord. Due to the MESSAGE CONTENT INTENT restriction, the bot cannot view any messages in your Discord server. Rest assured that ChunkBot can only send messages and slash commands, ensuring that your conversations remain private. Some commands may be sent as ephemeral, visible only to the user who executed them. ChunkBot will never DM you, and it will never prompt you to enter any personal information! Slash commands do work in DMs, but this is by choice when you explicitly decide to run a command. Since ChunkBot uses slash commands, it doesn't require any extra permissions like "READ MESSAGE HISTORY" or "SEND MESSAGES". ChunkBot only needs access to slash commands. ChunkBot recommends that you enable "USE EXTERNAL EMOJIS" for the @everyone permission. Our bot will not be able to serve you the quality experience you deserve without this permission. ChunkBot is a free to use bot, as so we expect you to respect the effort put into it, and at anytime anyone showing negativity toward the name or functionality of this bot, we do reserve the right to limit access to specific users. 

1. We ask that all users refrain from spamming Slash Commands.
2. Using /homes for inappropriate content is not allowed (minor message filter put in place).
3. Attempting to impersonate ChunkBot may be interpreted as a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

Do we store your information?
ChunkBot alone will not store any personal information (passwords, email addresses, names, location, etc). However, we do have the ability to store and save infomational content alongside Minecraft through our /homes command. This command allows you to save your coordinates (in-game information), and additionally allows you to set a description for each home. This description will be stored in an encrypted database that not even I (Miner Mends) will have access to. ChunkBot is not designed to be used as a notebook, we do allow you to save information but we absolutely do not encourage you to store any personal information. All data stored within the /homes command is directed by what you provide. Our bot has a minor message filter to avoid harmful and offensive content.
